You’ll need a mat (or carpet), light weights (cans of beans work well) and water. This is a low impact workout so neighbour and baby-friendly. Barefoot is great and no sports bra needed.
Can’t see a class which suits you? Email me and if you get a minimum no of participants, we can also hold private classes – great for NCT groups or those who have different schedules.
