I went to Eliza’s classes broken and delicate after my baby was born. She helped me regain my strength and core in the group classes and I had some personal sessions too in the comfort of my own home. Now, a year post baby and I’m still going. Would 100% recommend.

I had sciatica at the end of my pregnancy which continued postpartum and Eliza's classes helped me ease back into exercise and get back to full health. Throughout classes, she keeps an eye on me, checking that each exercise was fine for me, or offering a less challenging variation.
I've already noticed a big difference - not only has my body shape changed, but my confidence has increased too. Every week has different exercises which target the common 'problem areas' (core, bum, thighs and not forgetting the all important pelvic floor!)
I am always look forward to the next session. Eliza makes sure the exercises are done with correct posture and she always encourages me to go the extra mile.
