Would recommend to anyone who’s bored of the gym or regular fitness classes

There’s a focus on setting intentions before the sessions start and I particularly like the balance exercises which look easy, but are actually quite a struggle. Would recommend to anyone who’s bored of the gym or regular fitness classes – I guarantee you’ll learn something new and get sweaty in the process. I’m seeing progress in my strength already and look forward to getting better each week.
