Personal Training sessions and group classes are a great way to kickstart your fitness journey, but have you noticed that while it’s great during the session, you might not necessarily carry on that motivation and good work during the times you don’t see your trainer. In this case, me.
I get that it’s hard to keep up with healthy habits (even just to start them) and good movement intentions. I know how hard it is. Life has a way of drawing our attention, not necessarily to the things we should focus on, but the things (or people) who shout the loudest. Keeping yourself accountable is hard work. Knowing what exercises to do takes up valuable thinking space.
I’m opening up my services to include online coaching. This, I believe, is the magic ingredient to fast-tracking your way to a healthier, stronger, more confident you.
In a nutshell, here’s what’s involved in online coaching, The Warrior Method way:
- Personalised Online Coaching: A tailored fitness program created just for you, based on your individual goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level. Every workout, every stretch, every recommended action is designed to fit into your busy life and push you toward lasting results.
- Habit Setting for Lasting Change: We go beyond fitness and work on building sustainable habits that will help you maintain your progress in the long term. This isn’t just about what you do with me—it’s about what you take into the rest of your life.
- Regular Accountability & Check-ins: Consistency is key. With regular catch-up calls, we’ll track your progress, adjust your plan, and ensure you’re staying on course without feeling overwhelmed.
- Support Without the Stress: I’m here every step of the way, providing guidance and motivation. We can dial things up, or dial things down, depending on your current capacity. You’ll feel supported, confident, and ready to tackle your fitness goals. We’ll be catching up regularly by phone, or in-person if you’re also doing personal training sessions, so we can tweak your programme as we go.
- Troubleshooting: Something doesn’t feel right? Got a twinge when you lunge? Lower back tight during glute bridges? I can check your form (even online) and we can try to find ways to fix or workaround certain movements.
This isn’t just about feeling fitter in the short-term, it’s about becoming the type of person who knows how to take control of your health and fitness, no matter where life takes you. Through the combination of personalised fitness programs, sustainable habits, and consistent accountability, I’m going to help you experience results on a deeper basis.
What am I asking from you?
I don’t want sweat, blood or tears (scrap that, of course there’ll be sweat), but I do ask:
- For your energy and commitment for 3 months. 3 months is the sweetspot of time for you to start feeling a positive difference, make great changes and for us to establish our groove. At the end of this, I hope you’ll see how much progress you’ve made and would like to continue – but it’s entirely your choice.
- Financial investment. The best investment is you. Sounds cheesier than a quattro formaggi pizza, but seriously, you’ve got to live and move in your body. Future-proof it as much as you can. Make sure it can do the things you want and need it to. Your latest shopping spree purchase can’t do that. You get access to (all the best bits of) my mind and over 10 years of experience, learnings and more.
What do you need to know?
I’m looking to get you set up and going as soon as possible. We get most people set up and started in 3 – 4 days.
