You spent time understanding what my problem areas are at the start and focused on those. You made sure I was comfortable throughout in terms of the level of pressure you used, which I really appreciated. It was one of the most effective massages I’ve ever had – I felt great afterwards! Also really appreciated you showing me the two stretches after to help me loosen up those tight muscles.
