A baby-friendly postnatal fitness class suitable from 6 weeks postnatal to strengthen you from inside out.
A friendly online fitness session streamed from my home to help you strengthen physically and mentally. Especially at this time, we’re very much in need of support, understanding, resilience tactics and motivation to move. Each class will be recorded so if you don’t make it, or miss part of it, the video will be available for 30 days after. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of my crazy furballs too. Or feral children. Best suited for: Newly postnatal women or those looking to return to exercise, regardless of how long ago they had their baby. There are three parts to this class: Repair – focusing on reconnecting with your pelvic floor & core muscles and integrating proper breathing techniques for optimal function Restore – re-strengthening the areas specifically weakened by pregnancy Retrain – getting you ‘fit for purpose’ so you’re strong enough and mobile enough to meet the physical demands of being a mum to a growing child.
