Hi, I’m Eliza
When I was four months postnatal, I went to a mums and baby class and got injured. I went to another class and the focus was on weight-loss. At my third class, they had us doing full planks. No one was ready. And I knew then that I wanted to make a difference.
I had sciatica at the end of my pregnancy which continued postpartum and Eliza's classes helped me ease back into exercise and get back to full health. Throughout classes, she keeps an eye on me, checking that each exercise was fine for me, or offering a less challenging variation.
I've already noticed a big difference - not only has my body shape changed, but my confidence has increased too. Every week has different exercises which target the common 'problem areas' (core, bum, thighs and not forgetting the all important pelvic floor!)
I am always look forward to the next session. Eliza makes sure the exercises are done with correct posture and she always encourages me to go the extra mile.
