On 13th June, Mummy MOT, Biamother and Pelviva are joining forces to launch the first of their Digital Wellness Festivals. Just when we need connections more than ever before, they’re going to be supporting mums with a range of interviews, workouts, practical sessions and more.
It’s a whole day event so clear your diaries! There will be a host of experts from Biamother including Laura Tilt from Tilt Nutrition, Marie Louise from The Modern Midwife, and myself, Eliza Flynn from The Warrior Method. We’ll be taking over the Mummy MOT Instagram account to bring you all the latest knowledge in nutrition, giving birth and regaining your fitness.
